You will support the Senior QS in managing the commercial aspects of this high-profile project and gain experience across the full project lifecycle. Our client is a Tier One construction delivery partner working with major developers, occupiers, retailers, and logistics businesses.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties: • Unpacking and sorting consignments. • Data wiping for airport lost property auctions • Office administration

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be required to provide references and undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check as well as a barred list check. All shortlisted candidates will be subject to an online search. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 but Exceptions Order may apply.

You will also be in charge of supporting the Home Admin Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, such as; answering enquiries, responding to emails, and postal duties.

You will have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office, together with an eye for detail.

You must hold a full driving licence and we will provide you with nationally recognised training such as EUSR water hygiene, blue card, streetworks and manual handling training certifications, in order to successfully carry out the role.
