You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of service users and staff within the building. This role will involve supporting staff to provide a high standard of care to service users and to be the lead member of staff when dealing with critical unplanned events which involve contacting Out of Hours Managers and/or emergency services.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams contributing to agile delivery, influencing strategy through evidence and ensuring teams remain focused on outcomes.

You will encourage experimentation, promote reflective practice and support the growth of product capability across teams while taking ownership of decisions that deliver meaningful impact.

You will work as part of the Medicines Management Team, providing specialist pharmaceutical advice and services across general practice.

You will be a registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council, holding a master's degree in Pharmacy and an Independent Prescriber qualification (or working towards it).

You will oversee a team of childcare practitioners and promote excellent standards of practice.

You will guide the team in their implementation to achieve better quality of care and life for our young people.
