You will be managing a diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service whilst ensuring properties, and items relating to the property, are reported and managed through effective systems.

You will support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), complete site inspections, undertake design reviews, and advise on compliance with JSP 453, JSP 440, AP 600 and key British Standards. Working closely with RAF site teams, Air SCIDA Engineers and your Telent Area Manager, you will help maintain continuity of operational services while ensuring safe, compliant and secure ICT installations.

You will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain data, maintaining accurate systems, supporting capacity planning, and enabling timely parts delivery across the operation. Key Responsibilities - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain data to the Operations team.

You will shape tailored sales strategies aligned to market conditions, asset performance and buyer demand, overseeing the preparation of high-quality sales materials, data rooms and investor presentations.

You will have an established investor network, ideally across London and the wider UK, and be confident operating at pace in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment.

You will lead major retail relationships while delivering strong commercial performance and contributing significantly to annual revenue. Working across the full supply chain, you will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, technical, and finance teams to optimise performance, enhance forecasting and pricing accuracy, and support category expansion into other emerging areas.

You will work alongside technical system administrators, security and network authorities, and other stakeholders to manage and support Air CHAN infrastructure, with a particular focus on NetApp (StorageGRID) and Fortinet platforms. The position is primarily on-site, with standard office hours, and will include providing cover for holiday/leave to maintain full service availability.
