You will play a key role in delivering the Connells Group Data Platform, including design, capacity, management and configuration management responsibilities.

You will lead from the front, inspiring a consultative, customer first approach while ensuring every customer interaction is professional, accurate and geared towards an outstanding customer experience. This is a key hire for the business and a genuine opportunity for a strong sales leader to put their stamp on a new showroom and drive local growth.

You will be responsible for delivering and embedding the people strategy, providing expert employee relations advice and support where required, and driving positive cultural change across our Milton Keynes, Manchester, Bath and the Flour Station locations.

You will build strong, trusted partnerships with Regional Managers to deliver the people strategy through effective challenge and coaching.

You will be a qualified teacher who has patience and understanding with young children. You'll be able to quickly adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of all children. It's important you have the flexibility to be able to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and patience in interactions with a variety of children and situations, with a calm demeanour.

You will work closely with Inbound, Outbound, and other support teams to optimise availability, reliability, and performance across the site and its MHE automation. The role operates on a Panama shift pattern to support our 24/7 operations and comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.
