You will be supporting the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments - Supporting the completion of Privacy and Security Questionnaires and the completion of Records of processing Assessments - Liaising with and supporting project . and commercial leads. - Undertaking data protection compliance checks.

You will lead a sizeable payroll function supporting a large, multi-sited workforce and play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving improvement and supporting wider business change.

You will be expected to juggle operational excellence with multiple projects and shifting priorities.

You will need to undergo SC Clearance, so will need to be eligible. Salary ranges between £70K - £80K. Responsibilities include:Lead and own GDPR and data protection compliance across the business, acting as the primary point of contact. Advise and influence senior stakeholders, building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work, statutory wills and trust-related issues. The role involves acting as a key contact for clients and families, making complex best-interest decisions, and supporting the development of junior team members.

You will provide expert advice and representation in Court of Protection proceedings. Key Responsibilities - Handle all aspects of Court of Protection work including deputyship applications and statutory wills - Advise clients on mental capacity law and best interests decisions

You will build and sustain customer relationships while driving adoption of these solutions. Your role will be technical evangelist, field enabler, and cross‐functional bridge between product, sales, marketing, and customer success, operating globally across multiple time zones and cultures.
