You will monitor and report against quality KPI's across all aspects of manufacturing to proactively identify areas of risk and improvement, working with the production engineering team to prioritise the implementation.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will engage with business owners, explain our services, and secure qualified appointments. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data lists. - Qualify leads and identify decision-makers. - Explain the benefits of our business rates consultancy services.

You will also have a valid driving licence and be willing to work between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday–Saturday, as well as working every other Sunday 12-4 with a day off in the week.
