You will be responsible for undertaking internal audit and assurance activities, and for supporting services to deliver quality improvement initiatives in line with Hfts Quality Assurance Framework.

You will provide services with appropriate advice and support, and work closely with various management teams to develop and improve best practice across services.

You will act as a key interface between the shop floor, management, suppliers, and customers, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards while mentoring and leading the quality team to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for overseeing two Quality Inspectors, driving continuous improvement across the business & utilising your technical expertise to collaborate with R&D on new products & take accountability for implementing & refining production & manufacturing processes.

You will lead core GCP quality activities including quality system oversight, audit planning and execution, and regulatory inspection readiness. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality strategy, shape inspection preparedness, and drive continuous improvement across a growing clinical portfolio.
