You will be responsible for the bookkeeping of a complex range of private equity funds, management companies and associated fund structures whilst liaising with clients and intermediaries.

You will prepare periodic bank reconciliations and deal with the completion of routine audit queries.

You will mainly be responsible for the accurate and timely archival of records, creation and dispatch of client generated notifications, maintenance of the client database, telephone and email query resolution, along with able to perform other administrative duties that need to be undertaken on a day to day basis.

You must demonstrate to have strong interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
