You will be responsible for leading a team of operational colleagues, ensuring day-to-day activity is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with agreed service standards. This position suits a team leader who enjoys developing people, maintaining operational discipline, and contributing to continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for completing all APQP tasks which will include PPAPs, D/PFMEA'S, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs and CAPA'S. Being a Senior, you will also be liaising with senior stakeholders in other departments as well as being involved in meetings which will primarily be with R&D and Projects.

You will manage risks and issues that arise and provide regular reports to both your internal and external stakeholders.

You will contribute to the success by managing your team's capacity and measure the success against contractual commitments such as SLAs and KPIs. This role will involve supporting 4-5 services in parallel.

You will be responsible for the full on-site management of solar PV installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes initial site setup, managing contractors, enforcing CDM Regulations 2015, and maintaining compliance with company quality systems.
