You will play a key role in supporting the rollout of Phase 2 of our new purchase ordering (PO) system, providing training, stakeholder support, and expert guidance in procurement processes to ensure successful adoption.

You will also support Phase 1 to improve PO usage across the organisation.

You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and the technical Niche ecosystem, ensuring the platform is high-performing, compliant, andabove allfit for the frontline.

You will join a specialist and growing RegCom team, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality operational and vendor due diligence services to asset managers and investor clients.

You will participate in and lead on‑site due diligence meetings with fund managers, including interviews with senior management and operational teams

You will be a key member of the transformation team, with a focus on SAP and specifically migration to S/4 HANA.

You will work with various technical and business stakeholders to ensure S/4 HANA solutions are embedded in the broader digital landscape. Key Responsibilities:Act as a SAP SME with a focus on S/4 HANA modules and associated processes.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
