You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Thames Water’s Site SCADA systems (based on platforms such as AVEVA System Platform / Wonderware, FactoryTalk View, and Iconics), ensuring their security, resilience, and availability.

You will be required to undergo and successfully gain BPSS security clearance check to undertake this position. IT literate, competent in Word and Excel. Fluent in English Language skills: able to communicate via telephone, email, and face to face in a clear and courteous and professional manner.

You will be responsible for monitoring BMS, FDD platforms, and IoT technologies, identifying inefficiencies, and carrying out first-line remote interventions. In addition, you will support site-based teams to ensure buildings continue to perform at their best, providing an exceptional standard of service delivery within a critical environment.
