You will review KYC and due diligence information prepared by Level one Analysts and then document and assess the results of checks performed in the CRA.

You will work as part of one of three sub-teams within the Client Assessment Team – each with a team leader responsible for delivery, quality control and performance.

You will also harness ServiceNow's built‐in Generative AI, Agentic AI and mobile app frameworks to deliver intuitive, intelligent self‐service experiences. Working in a fast‐paced, high‐stakes environment, you will integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems like Planon IWMS, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft 365/Azure, driving seamless data flows and optimised processes.

You will also be expected to work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and the wider Data & Analytics community to develop and deliver initiatives. As we migrate some of our analytical and decision platforms, you will help create and execute the testing plans.

You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship. - This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has some or little knowledge/experience of the occupation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Ideal applicants will already possess a solid foundation of knowledge within the IT field.
