You will need to work collaboratively across all SN CoE teams. Depending on your experience you will also: - Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team. - Technical lead for medium scale solutions ensuring designs meet customer requirements and achieve appropriate outcomes and deliverables.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will not be handed toy problems or isolated tickets. You need to be a system thinker and ready to tackle complex problems.

You will help turn messy, high-stakes workflows into robust AI-powered products, from architecture to deployment. Your work will directly shape MosaiQ’s platform, its AI modules, and how clients experience AI in practice.

You will help us test several ideas/hypotheses by: - Launching initial outreach to relevant brands/agencies from your own network - Running intro / discovery calls with interested decision-makers - Collecting honest feedback and market signals - Structuring insights into clear, actionable recommendations

You will introduce and embed our innovative digital platform, which offers on-demand, flexible blue-collar labour solutions (e.g., temporary staff, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing operatives) to new clients in the Light Industrial and Logistics sector located around our current operations.

You will be flexible to visit customers sometimes at their own homes in order to bring the designs to life. This may on occasion require evening/weekend visits.
