Database Coordinator jobs in Cheshire

You will be dealing with customer service matters over the phone and email. - Resolving queries from customers, clients and contractors

You will need to issue instructions to contractors for repairs or maintenance.

You will need to update the company database and complete other ad hoc administrative tasks.

You will track timelines and author comments through a publication review database, called Datavision, and Excel spreadsheets.

You will maintain these databases and provide accurate and timely updates to meet client and author needs.

You will also accurately upload and download information regarding ongoing projects and ensure this is communicated to the relevant contacts.
