You will have responsibility for the following:

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be responsible for monitoring live service performance, managing resources in real time and producing insightful reports to support operational decisions. Your work will help ensure optimal service levels, efficient staffing, and a smooth customer experience.

You will be seen as a passionate and energetic contributor who likes to get into detail and identify opportunities for the business related to stock management.

You will feel comfortable creating new ways of working and want to build strong partnership. Collaboration and relationship building are key to this role!
