You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet's core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.

You will lead the technical direction for a squad of developers, ensuring high quality delivery while navigating complex architectural challenges within a high compliance environment.

You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and the technical Niche ecosystem, ensuring the platform is high-performing, compliant, andabove allfit for the frontline.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and develop your technical skills and knowledge alongside industry leading experts. From crafting cutting-edge hydraulic models to optimising urban drainage systems, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring resilient and sustainable water infrastructure.

You will be degree qualified, with membership to a relevant institution e.g. CIWEM, ICE.

You will have the ability to successfully lead projects in an urban drainage environment, demonstrating technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities.

You will also manage and guide the more junior team members and help with their development.

You will be able to provide engineering input to design outputs in collaboration with other disciplines, such as General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models, Control Philsophies, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.

You will have experience of working in a similar role within the water sector, or other relevant regulated industry.

You will also be a degree qualified (or equivalent) engineer and you will ideally be chartered, or a member of a relevant engineering institution e.g. ICE. Support can be given to achieve this if required.

You will have responsibility and lead the whole project lifecycle from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, and manage other members of the team as well as wider relationships across the business.

You will, therefore, have an interest in enhancing the water environment, flood risk, and river engineering projects, with a focus on delivering a client-focused service.
