You will have responsibility and lead the whole project lifecycle from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, and manage other members of the team as well as wider relationships across the business.

You will, therefore, have an interest in enhancing the water environment, flood risk, and river engineering projects, with a focus on delivering a client-focused service.

You will work with the discipline lead to set strategic direction and to help deliver the Environmental Assessment Training Academy, a funded learning programme intended to enhance capability and capacity in the business.

You will work alongside our existing practitioners and champion further growth and capability strengthening.

You will be immersed in impactful local and national projects, allowing you to gain early client exposure and exceptional professional development within an innovative and multi-disciplinary environment. Your work will be diverse, encompassing everything from designing cycle routes and assessing traffic impacts to promoting active travel and creating transport strategies for new towns.

You will be involved in supporting and assisting in the delivery of project environmental objectives and targets. Primarily, you will be assisting the EIA and environmental management teams by conducting environmental planning reports, EIAs and environmental management studies and audits.

You should be able to highlight capability as an Environmental Advisor.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in and take a lead role in a wide range of multidisciplinary projects.
