You will offer support to your clients in a variety of ways, whether in the client's own home, or at other locations in the community, face to face, by phone, letter, or email.

You will also assist service users to access other services, providing signposting and referrals, and facilitating peer support groups for people living with dementia on occasions in various location in the area!

You must also have a first-level nursing registration as a mental health or learning disability nurse (RMN / RNLD), with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification.
