You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

You must be able to challenge unacceptable behaviour, provide firm boundaries and provide care which meets the needs of the individual

You must be experienced in complex medical care and manual handling, and able to provide your availability 4 weeks in advance. It is highly desirable that you have a DBS registered on the Update Service and ready to start ASAP.
