You will be working from one of our supported services providing support to our customers in a variety of ways. For example, connecting them with employability coaches and other support agencies, helping them manage their money, signing up for benefits or to move on to a more permanent home.

You will need to be resilient, empathetic, and able to leave your work at work and not take it home with you.

You will be responsible for the daily operation and all activities for Hull Adventure.

You will be responsible for looking after staff and customers whilst operating hazardous adventurous activities.

You will need to be available to meet the demands of bookings and work days, evenings or weekends.

You will work a rotating shift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off, then 2 days on / 5 days off. Shifts include both day and night working.

You will show strong attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions accurately. Applicants will have good verbal and written communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
