You will ensure a safe, compliant and effective environment for staff, service users and stakeholders at all times.

You will focus on compliance, preventative maintenance, contractor management and continuous improvement. The Facilities Manager will also support engineering projects, oversee waste management activities and contribute to budget planning. This is a hands-on, business-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational setting.

You will work collaboratively with the Cleaning Supervisors and management to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality cleaning services and maintain exceptional standards across the Company premises.

You will have proven experience in team supervision and management, with a strong understanding of cleaning operations.
