You will lead a multi-discipline department of over 250 Engineers, including Electronic Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical Design & Analysis and Qualification. This is part of an 800 strong growing engineering department. What the role of the Head of Engineering entails: Some of the main duties of the Head of Engineering will include:

You will take ownership of a substantial, multi-disciplinary engineering function within a rapidly growing organisation delivering complex, safety-critical electronic systems.

You will lead through a team of experienced engineering managers and senior functional leaders, shaping how engineering operates today and how it must evolve for the future.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
