You will ensure all temporary works are designed, installed, used, inspected, and dismantled safely, in full compliance with BS 5975 and company procedures. The role requires regular travel between sites and close coordination with site teams, designers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities

You will work with different teams to make sure all bids are accurate, clear and submitted on time.

You will help manage timelines and keep everything organised.

You will update bid content such as case studies and team profiles.

You will check documents for quality and make sure they meet client and company standards.

You will be a team player with ambition who is willing to learn new technologies and procedures. Industry knowledge would be beneficial. Skills and Capabilities: A Positive, self-motivated proactive individual. Ability to operate effectively under pressure to rapidly changing circumstances.

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
