You will play an integral part in conceptual development, detailed design, FF&E coordination and client presentation work, with involvement from early concept right through to site delivery.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers to deliver seamless, high-quality design outcomes.

You will provide technical leadership, oversee electrical engineering design and delivery, set quality standards, and ensure excellence across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to construction support.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and internationally to create integrated engineering solutions that meet the highest industry standards.

You will be an experienced senior leader with strong credibility across childrens social care and fostering, comfortable operating at strategic and operational levels.

You will work alongside the founding Director and a growing team of industry experts to provide and lead the technical design function of a wide range water and wastewater projects. Projects will include wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, storage reservoirs and watermain programmes to name a few.

You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, confident delivering cost management services on complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, comfortable working within multi-disciplinary design teams, and experienced in client-facing environments.

You will also play a key role in liaising with key project stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensuring governance requirements are met.

You will have: - A relevant degree in a construction-related discipline. - Experience of leading corporate strategic planning processes.
