You will contribute across the product lifecycle — from requirements and architecture through implementation, verification, certification and field support.

You will need to be able to triage incoming tickets/requests, diagnose and resolve the tickets as best you can, and escalate up to 3rd line where you are unable to resolve the issue directly, but you will also be taken through the 3rd line resolution with the infrastructure team in order to better develop overall knowledge.

You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotation of days/nights) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance and repair of all onsite automated equipment. - Carry out planned repairs and reactive repairs of automated material handling equipment including, tote conveyors, spiral conveyors, sorters, shuttles and robotics.

You will ensure the delivery of class leading service, conducting health surveillance, fitness for work health screening and health promotion to clients. The work is delivered at in a suitable room on client sites or from mobile screening units or RPS Clinics. The salary for this role will be £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, with the option for overtime to take you to around £30,000 per annum.

You will be willing to learn and get involved in key projects, have the passion, adaptability and a flexible approach to work, along with good communication skills. We are here to support your learning and professional growth; we do not expect you to have any prior experience for this role.
