You will receive ongoing guidance, regular progress reviews, and the backing of a highly supportive team to ensure each learner achieves their full potential. What we’re looking for:

You will design personalised lessons that engage, inspire, and help learners that demonstrate Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other additional educational needs progress.

You will support cadets in the classroom and take a lead role in mentoring, guidance, and pastoral support throughout their training journey.
