You will be taking responsibility for all aspects of projects, attending site, meeting with clients and architects - it is very much a busy and active role.

You should have good practical buildings knowledge as well as structural refurbishment experience. Site experience is desirable, as is having an architectural flare.

You will also carry out fault finding, remedial works, and system upgrades while liaising with clients and contractors to deliver timely, high-quality fire safety solutions.

You will work closely with both public and private sector clients to assess and mitigate land contamination risks, support planning applications, and deliver remediation solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise in Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Intrusive Investigations, and the development and supervision of remediation strategies.
