You will be required to come into the Oxford office for key activities to ensure we have a collaborative and connected working environment.

You will be joining the team for a 12-month industrial placement where you will be given the opportunity to work within different disciplines within the engineering team, in all cases the tasks being allocated will be directly related to customer projects.

You will Be passionate and willing to learn technologies and aspects of the functionality you may not have been exposed to in the past, whilst bringing knowledge to an existing successful team. Additional experience required: - Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team with a good understanding and support of everyone’s needs to achieve the outcome.

You will start on their largest products in order to get exposure to as much as possible to begin with. This role is seen as a stepping stone to other roles within the business. Within almost any team in the business, there is someone who started in this role and worked their way up.

You will become an important cog in the Product Engineering team - the people that help us to deliver our world class software.

You will interact with senior members of the Product and Engineering teams to champion product quality in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.

You will be a major contributor to improving our test coverage, release velocity and overall production health.

You will have the opportunity to improve our test processes by collaborating with other like-minded testers. Together with our QA team, you will continuously evolve our QA technology stack and workflow and become an expert in implementing testing frameworks and managing testing platforms.

£700 – £750 per week

You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with those we support and those around them. - Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure.
