You should ideally have an RTPI Accredited undergraduate/postgraduate degree in town planning or a relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities Client Servicing: Actively manage and service a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their financial plans remain aligned with their long-term goals.

You will need a full UK driving licence as you will be traveling throughout the Borough and may be using your own transport. About You - What We're Looking For: A confident, experienced professional with 5+ years in building control plan checking and site inspections Registered at Class 2A–F with the Building Safety Regulator

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling arrears, communicating clearly and professionally, and ensuring that payment plans and collections are handled efficiently and in line with company policy. This is a busy, varied role in a friendly and supportive team, where you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your ledger and drive real results.

You will ideally have: - BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in transport planning or highways - Chartered status or working towards chartership (ICE, CIHT or TPP) - Strong knowledge of national and local transport policy and guidance

You will lead by example, guiding your team to deliver high-quality ecological services while fostering new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will also collaborate with colleagues from across the wider business on multi-disciplinary opportunities and projects, so a willingness to understand how other parts of the business operate would be advantageous.
