You will support line management in delivering SHEQ objectives and develop campaigns to enhance safety culture.

You will oversee incident investigation and reporting functions, ensuring effective communication of Lessons Learned and addressing training needs.

You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and regularly reporting SHEQ trends and statistics to management as required.

You must have a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.

You will work across various Criminal Justice settings based on service needs, including courts, probation offices, and prisons. Responsibilities include completing assessments, managing the prison release process, supporting individuals on probation, liaising with courts, and facilitating voluntary referrals from the police.

You will own new business growth end-to-end — from opportunity identification and senior engagement through to bid leadership, contract award, and mobilisation handover.

You will work in lockstep with Operations and Compliance to ensure every deal sold is deliverable, profitable, and low risk.
