You will assist with initial quotes to customers and answer any initial queries.

You will also update internal databases of customer orders, live pricing and any quote amendments.

You will also assist with invoicing and processing payments.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages, good general IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems would also be advantageous.

You will be the backbone of our sales operations, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

You will be required to work a minimum of 5 hrs per month and be available Monday-Saturday The pay rate is £ per hour paid to you monthly. Key Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service at all times Processing candidates’ sign-in and explaining the test process to them.

You will work on designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Scala applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to define, design, and ship new features.

You will liaise with colleagues, customers, suppliers and other organisations in a polite and professional manner via phone, mail, e-mail, social media and face-to-face to provide goods and services, and process information in response to enquiries, requests and orders. Some working outside normal working hours will be required and the occasional overnight stay if visiting Islands.

You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through the various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.
