You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for originating, structuring and delivering property development and real estate-backed facilities, typically ranging from £1m to £10m+, working with experienced developers, housing providers and specialist operators across England.

You will be an experienced development finance professional with a strong track record in property development lending.

You will leverage value-based selling and industry expertise to position Redslim as the leading data solutions provider. Your Key Responsibilities 🔹 Business Development & Sales Strategy – Identify new opportunities, pitch high-value solutions, and expand Redslim’s presence.

You will influence strategy, own sector growth and share in our overall business success through our Employee Ownership Trust structure, which rewards sustained performance and contribution. Key Responsibilities - Build and execute a sector growth plan for Retail Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Payments or Fintech.

You will be given the tools to succeed and supported by a successful bid function and marketing teams.

You will be adept at prospecting for new business, converting qualified leads and networking across existing clients. Applicants must have experience of developing new business and converting sales opportunities within the security sector.
