You will oversee, direct, mentor and audit Project Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and their assistants in the delivery of their duties, ensuring commercial risk is understood, managed and mitigated effectively. Your focus will be on protecting and maximising cash flow and securing strong financial returns for the project.

You will oversee planning and coordination, resolve technical challenges, and guide site teams whilst tracking progress, and applying best practices to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. What you'll be doing Conducting GNSS-based site surveys and setting out earthworks using batter rails, travellers, and visualisation stakeouts.

You will be responsible for managing the full technical sales process, from site surveys and solution design through to quotation and project handover. Working closely with engineering, installation, and testing teams, you will deliver compliant, application-specific solutions while building long-term customer relationships.
