You will be front of house and highly visible across the club, coaching and developing your team and ensuring that the members receive great service and interactions on each visit.

You will typically not be on the duty management rota so the core hours are likely to be between the hours of 8am and 8pm during the week and one weekend in 2.

You will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers, whilst ensuring that the club is operating at the highest standard. You'll be working to deliver the sales strategy, as well as finding, developing and inspiring an awesome team of leisure staff!

You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services.
