You will take ownership of specialist responsibilities such as enrolments, exams administration, timetabling, funding returns, and audit compliance, while supporting the Team Leader and contributing to process development and staff training.

You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring departmental compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards, supporting the development and delivery of business standards and training. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary safety contact for work areas, providing visible, accessible guidance and support to plant teams.

You will maintain SEND reports and ensure implementation of SEND policy.

You will observe lessons, ensuring teachers are familiar with strategies needed to suit a child's needs, and meet regularly with other SLT members to ensure SEND policy is aligned across the school.

You will be working with an assortment of equipment including electric trucks.

You will be working with everything from small pallet trucks, through to IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks, you will be required to find, diagnose, and rectify faults, and undertake preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment at their customer sites.
