The Risk Manager will assess and mitigate risks within Customer Operations, develop risk strategies, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

You will lead a team of four, oversee the top 10 high-profile accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimise systems, improve customer experience, and support business performance.
