You will get the exciting opportunity to take ownership of logistics and support engineering across critical defence systems, shaping maintenance and lifecycle solutions with real impact.

You will not have to have previous experiecne within ILS to ve suitable our client a world leading Defence organisation will consider people who have served in the military in an Engineering role.

You will be provided with the required learning and development opportunities in order for you to undertake the technical aspects of this role.

You will ideally have experience of the operation and / or maintenance of Royal Navy (RN) submarines and equipment, and preferably (but not essential) knowledge of appropriate technical documentation and an understanding of safety requirements.

You will mentor and lead a small team of Systems Engineers allocated to each project, delegating, and reviewing work.

You will also provide technical leadership of project teams, alongside project managers and science leads.

You will be asked about this throughout the recruitment process.
