You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transportation projects from small local developments to large strategic ones and local authority support.

You will learn to liaise with clients, design teams, local authorities and the general public.

You will also learn how 3D alignments can inform concept/preliminary designs.

You will be naturally proactive and help support the development of the local service offering in response to evolving national and local legislative drivers. Your key responsibilities will be to provide support in the following areas: Assist with the delivery of BREEAM projects with support from senior members of the team;

You will have at least an applicable Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning or electrical engineering and a strong educational background in mathematics and written subjects.

You will have responsibility and lead the whole project lifecycle from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, and manage other members of the team as well as wider relationships across the business.

You will, therefore, have an interest in enhancing the water environment, flood risk, and river engineering projects, with a focus on delivering a client-focused service.
