You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will build and manage a portfolio of SME sell-side mandates, using Deal Ascent’s brand, FCA umbrella and AI Deal Lab™ / Deal Cockpit™ tools to originate, structure and execute transactions from first meeting through to completion.

You will not perform the research yourself as this will be delivered by an in-house research function. - Approach the majority shareholders of the target businesses and hold lengthy, highly commercial conversations via video call to discuss their business model, track record, growth trajectory, financials and the aspirations of the owners regarding selling their business.

You will work across a range of digital channels including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO and digital strategy.

You will take ownership of campaign delivery, performance and optimisation, while working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure activity aligns with commercial goals.
