You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be educated to HNC level in an appropriate discipline or have equivalent operational experience in a relevant professional environment.

You will have a creative, positive attitude; an awareness of data and analytics technologies and methods; and an informed, professional approach.

You will provide a professional IT support service to the whole firm with end-to-end management of software and hardware incidents and service requests. Tasks will be allocated on a defined roster with duties such as phone support, IT support via remote access, email support, floor walking and project support tasks as required.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape the future state of business processes, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and maximise the value of the Student Information System SaaS solution for the University. Location: UK – flexible working arrangements available, including the possibility of full remote work

You will need a UK passport or ILR.
