You will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, producing drawings, and supporting clash detection, ensuring construction teams have the right information at the right time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for underground services (ducts, drainage, chambers, utilities) and reinforced concrete structures.

You will lead a remote team and partner closely across all aspect of our business to ensure our customers, both buyers and sellers feel confident, supported and valued at every interaction. This role is critical in building trust, protecting our community and enhancing platform reputation at scale.

You will play a key role in ensuring the dignified and efficient transfer and cremation of human remains, as well as supporting ceremony services and memorial activities. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, totaling 37 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.69 per hour.
