You will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, producing drawings, and supporting clash detection, ensuring construction teams have the right information at the right time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for underground services (ducts, drainage, chambers, utilities) and reinforced concrete structures.

You will become a Superuser in Visualfiles case management system where you will update and maintain client claim records ensuring data accuracy and compliance. - Liaise with counsel and other legal representatives through Visualfiles to keep caseloads fully up to date and accessible to fee earners.

You will be responsible for the robust management of a number of corporate digital projects, critical to the ongoing delivery of Council Family services.

You should actively engage in keeping up to date with industry developments, trends, and best practices. Strong knowledge and skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office application, particularly Excel and the ability to manage time effectively, balance competing priorities, and complete administrative tasks.

You will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, acting as their primary point of contact internally and externally, ensuring the CEOs time is managed efficiently, enabling strategic focus and effective leadership.

You will represent the CEO professionally as the face and voice of the executive office.

You will play a key role in supporting the IG team to deliver their Improvement Plans for the Digital and Hard Copy records as well as learning more about the statutory requests we must service and assisting us in meeting the prescribed deadlines.
