You will provide emotional support and guidance via digital mediums, primarily email, video call, livechat and SMS, to clients.

You will complete risk assessments and work in line with the BACP code of ethics - ensuring the highest level of service and support is provided to all service users.

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, producing drawings, and supporting clash detection, ensuring construction teams have the right information at the right time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for underground services (ducts, drainage, chambers, utilities) and reinforced concrete structures.

You will be required to offer advice and sign-post them to the service and how it should be used. Data entry for mail dockets and paperwork is another admin related task that is part of the role. The team operates out of shared offices in Openshaw where the team shares space with some other council and Greater Manchester Police teams.
