You will plan and deliver video and imagery for specific projects and campaigns, support external agency work, and build a strong, up to date library of stock photography and video across all Lampton brands.

You will sit within the Design Studio, reporting to the Studio Manager, and work closely with designers, marketers and colleagues across the business.

You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

You will be Degree educated ideally within a Marketing, Sales, Technology or Business focused discipline, be an excellent communicator and marketing ambassador for the firm. You should have a proven track record of leading RPO delivery in a complex, matrix environment and the ability to align operational processes with long-term business goals.
