You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You must have the ability to work in the UK without a visa.

You will be measured against an annual revenue target receiving 2X OTE, with uncapped commission for overachievement.

You will also receive the support of active, investors, advisors and ecosystem partners from across the packaging value chain (designers, converters, integrators).

You should have a can-do attitude, as well as a willingness to learn, contribute and engage with our growing team and clients.
