You will be responsible for coordinating activity across the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), working closely with Key Account Managers, employers and MIS colleagues.

You will also contribute to agreed KPIs and provide accurate reporting to support operational decision‐making.

You will engage with prospective students using your sales and communication skills, guiding them through the admissions process and ensuring a smooth transition to enrollment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and customer service skills, along with a passion for helping students succeed.

You will be responsible for improving customer service processes, supporting recruitment, on-boarding and performance management, and fostering a positive, accountable team culture. Working closely with operational and engineering leadership, you will help identify service improvements, manage performance reporting, and contribute to wider business objectives.

You will have: A BA/BSc with honours or equivalent skills learned on the job An interest in our mission. The ability to be articulate (written or oral) and comfortable presenting. Strong attention to detail and numerate. High level of accuracy is essential. Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
