You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring all planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown works are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in water booster pump maintenance, commercial and industrial plumbing, and mechanical installations will be essential to maintaining and enhancing client assets.

You will apply expert knowledge of fire safety legislation, Scottish regulatory frameworks and UK-wide standards, ensuring Harmony produces technical outputs of the highest standard.

You will work across fire strategy development, RIBA-stage projects, and contribute to external wall and FRAEW assessments.

You will be supported with a 4 to 6 week induction, support from in-house driver training teams

You will like to be an early riser.

You will also enjoy plenty of autonomy.

You will work a defined rotating 5 days a week pattern including weekends. That’s 43 hours a week, although a typical week can sometimes be less than that.

You will travel between client sites across Glasgow and Edinburgh, supporting the daily operations of the maintenance team. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided, making travel straightforward. Full product-specific training will be given, so prior specialist experience is not essential.
