You will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic digital roadmaps for a variety of departments across BOC including engineering, SHEQ, Legal, HR, focusing on process automation, data accuracy, compliance, and year-on-year improvements

You will monitor and investigate processes to spot areas for improvement.

You will own the customer experience, guiding them through the design stage to the decision journey. With our market-leading kitchen and bathroom ranges you will help us deliver on our commitment to help the nation feel house proud.

You must be able to visit customers in their homes, bringing tools and materials with you for home measures and design visits.

You will work for a senior or principal engineer, producing calculations, drawings and technical reports, undertake surveys and assessments, and conduct research into new engineering techniques and practices.

You will attend internal and client meetings, and undertake site and factory visits as necessary.
