You will work across a range of digital channels including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO and digital strategy.

You will take ownership of campaign delivery, performance and optimisation, while working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure activity aligns with commercial goals.

You will work across both consumer and trade markets, ensuring brand consistency while tailoring strategies to each audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales across B2C and B2B audiences. Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Paid Social), including keyword research, ad copy, and performance reporting.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality, on brand designs across a full range of digital and print assets, including: Designing graphics, carousels, short-form video assets, covers and stories for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Creating visual content for promotional banners, hero images and campaign materials for websites and other online channels

You will lead the delivery of all services to AXA, including the training and leadership of the operations team.
