Digital Services Manager jobs in Hackney

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality, and culturally responsive psychological therapies, while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role combines clinical leadership, service management, workforce development, and quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on inclusive practice and community accountability.

You will need to have substantial relevant digital advertising sales experience with familiarity and knowledge of the media agency landscape being essential and have pre-existing excellent relationships within agency holding companies, independent agencies and direct clients (with in-house media buying functions).

You will take ownership of Amazon marketplace activity, ensuring listings are optimised, promotions are effective and advertising investment delivers strong returns. Working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial and finance teams, you will align Amazon strategy with wider trade plans and brand objectives, while acting as the internal expert on Amazon best practice.

You will also travel to Europe 1-2 times per year for work.

You must have a proven track record of enhancing online sales through innovative strategies, excluding price discounting, which is not part of our client's approach.

You must have minimum 1+ years of experience working with a luxury/premium consumer brand.

You will be responsible for the overall health of the Shopify site.

You will manage the full online product process from the moment an item is ready for set up through to launch.

You will also manage the rollout of every product drop from early access for subscribers to the final public release.

You will report to the Senior Account Manager and be expected to generate around 75% of your time as billable revenue for the department. The Person:Health and / or pharma experience is essential for this position - Please do not apply unless you are experienced within these sectors.
